Proto/Blem Camshaft bead. These were sintered in Ti and SS. The issue is not necessarily the shape of the bead but the surface finish and consistency on the bead itself. 

for that reason, they are discounted quite heavily. 

and yes, the Titanium is anodized BLACK.
